Terms and Conditions

1. Class Cancellations and Weather Policy

WLFA will endeavor to run classes during adverse weather conditions (e.g., treacherous snow). However, should classes need to be canceled, you will be notified. WLFA reserves the right to cancel classes without refund in exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., fire, flood, serious illness, severe weather). When possible, we will offer alternative venues or catch-up classes, but this is not guaranteed.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

Once payment is received, places are secured. All places are non-refundable and non-transferable. WLFA is under no obligation to refund or transfer your money if you are unable to attend part of, or the entire course. If availability permits, we will try to offer an alternative for missed lessons, but this is not guaranteed. You are welcome to offer your place to a friend as a gift; please notify us as soon as possible to amend our registers.

3. Cancelling Subscriptions

Subscriptions must be canceled by emailing info@wlfa.co.uk with one month’s notice. Fees are taken on the 1st of each month. We cannot refund if we are notified after the 1st. Cancellations made after the 15th of the month will still be charged for the following month. Your child will still have access to classes during the cancellation period.

4. Wait List

If our classes are full, you are welcome to join our waiting list. The waiting list allows us to contact parents if a place becomes available and is managed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

5. Data Protection

The information on the registration form contains personal data. WLFA will record, process, and keep your personal information secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information will not be passed/sent out to a third party without your consent.

6. Use of Photos and Media

We may take photographs or videos of participants (including children) during classes and events for promotional and marketing purposes. These photos or videos may be used on our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials. If you do not want photos or videos of you or your child to be used there is an option to class4kids to indicate this on your child's file.

7. Liability

WLFA is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during classes or events.

8. Health and Safety

Participants are required to follow the health and safety guidelines provided by WLFA instructors. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child is physically fit to participate in the classes.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants and parents/guardians are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and other participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update our terms and conditions from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
